By accessing or using the Economic Ninja website at ninjamoneymindset.com and/or purchasing any courses or products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

1. Products and Services

Economic Ninja offers digital educational courses and materials, including The Ninja 9 and related bonus content. All courses are delivered digitally through the Teachable platform. Upon purchase, you will receive access to your course content via the email address you provide at checkout.

2. Account and Access

When you purchase a course, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the course content for your own educational use. You agree not to:

Share your login credentials with others
Reproduce, distribute, or resell any course content
Record, download, or redistribute video lessons or course materials
Use course content for commercial purposes without written permission

Access to purchased courses is lifetime, meaning as long as the course remains available on the Teachable platform.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Promotional or sale pricing is available for a limited time and may be modified or discontinued without notice. Payment is processed securely through Teachable.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Individual Course Purchases

We offer a 14-day refund window on individual course purchases, subject to the following conditions:

You must request your refund within 14 days of the original purchase date.
You must not have completed 50% or more of the course content (including video lessons, modules, or downloadable materials).
If you have accessed 50% or more of the course content, you are not eligible for a refund, as substantial value has been delivered.

To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] within the 14-day window. Refund requests made after 14 days from the date of purchase will not be honored under any circumstances.

4.2 Bundle Purchases

For bundle purchases containing multiple courses, the following refund terms apply:

If you have not watched 50% or more of any course in the bundle, you are eligible for a full refund within the 14-day refund window.
If you have watched 50% or more of one or more courses in the bundle, you are not eligible for a full refund. Instead, your refund amount will be calculated as the bundle purchase price minus the individual retail price of each course for which you have completed 50% or more of the content.
If the total retail value of the courses you have substantially consumed equals or exceeds the bundle price, no refund will be issued.

4.3 Refund Abuse

We reserve the right to deny refund requests from any customer who we reasonably determine is abusing our refund system. This includes, but is not limited to:

Customers who have requested and received three (3) or more refunds across any Economic Ninja products. Customers who meet this threshold will be permanently ineligible for future refunds.
Patterns of purchasing courses, consuming a significant portion of the content, and then requesting refunds.
Any other behavior that we reasonably believe constitutes abuse of our refund policy or platform.

4.4 Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company instead of contacting us directly for a refund, we reserve the right to permanently ban your account and revoke access to all courses and products associated with your account, including any previously purchased content. 4.5 Promotional Offers

Refund terms advertised on specific landing pages or promotional offers may provide more generous refund windows or terms than those stated here. In such cases, the promotional terms will apply to that specific purchase. These Terms of Service represent our baseline refund policy.

If you engage in hostile, threatening, or harassing behavior toward any Economic Ninja representative, or if we reasonably determine that you are abusing our platform, services, or refund system, we reserve the right to permanently ban your account and revoke access to all courses and products associated with your account — including previously purchased content — without refund. This action may be taken at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Economic Ninja and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our website, courses, or any information provided therein.
